Barbeque: Please only grill on your barbeque - open campfires are not permitted. Barbeques are provided outside your cabin.

Cabins: do not include televisions, phones or radios. Some cell service in the area, dependent upon your carrier. No fireplaces or Jacuzzis in any cabins.

Deposit: 50% required to guarantee your stay. The balance is due upon your arrival.

Fishing: on property - no license required; catch and release policy in force. Please un-barb your hooks before you begin. If you will be fishing elsewhere in the area - fishing license required. Please bring your own fishing equipment.

Guns: not allowed on property.

Hiking: adjacent to Highline Hiking Trail.

Minimum stay: 2 night weekend; 3 night weekend Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends. One week stays can begin any day except Saturday and include 6 days and 7 nights.

Off-road vehicles: not allowed.

Payment: cash or check only; no credit cards at this time.

Pets: not allowed.

Refunds: A full refund will be given up to two weeks prior to reservation date. After that time, refunds are at the discretion of management, based on the ability to rent the cabin to another party.

Recreation: Facilities include basketball court and equipment, as well as other game balls and equipment.

Smoking: not allowed in any cabins or buildings.

Swimming: not available on property.
